The good thing about Camtasia is that the free version contains every function of the original one. So, you can try all the game-changing features such as the overlapping media. It’s an inherent mechanic that lets you combine multiple clips into one video. Other programs, such as OBS Studio or Filmora Video Editor, can do the same thing, but not as easily as CS.

Camtasia ( /kæmˈteɪʒə/) (formerly Camtasia Studio) is a software suite, created and published by TechSmith, for creating video tutorials and presentations directly via screencast, or via a direct recording plug-in to Microsoft PowerPoint. The screen area to be recorded can be chosen freely, and audio or other multimedia recordings may be recorded at the same time or added separately from any other source and integrated in the Camtasia component of the product. Both versions of Camtasia started as enhanced screen capture programs and have evolved to integrate screen capture and post-processing tools targeted at the educational and information multimedia development marketplace.
I am using one video card, an older one as well (NVIDIA GeForce GT 630). The two 24" monitors are both plugged into the same card (both via DisplayPort). They have independent displays -- it's set to Extend but of course it's not as if the system doesn't know how to select "full Screen" on either monitor (just about all programs know how to distinguish the separate monitors).

By using animated text, live photos, and sticker animations, you can turn static graphic posts into short social videos that offer major wow-factor with minimal work. One-tap social videos are easy to make in Adobe Spark Post. From the mobile app (available on Android and iOS), pick from the templates crafted by our professional designers to begin making the content your own. You can also start from scratch by tapping the plus button. From there, add animations under “effects” to easily transform a graphic into a video.

In terms of usability, Camtasia should be among the top choices due to how beginner-friendly it is. But, also due to its simplicity, not too many professional creators will find Camtasia Studio appealing. If you’re only starting to learn the basics of video editing, this app is perfect for that. It’s got a nice interface, intuitive controls, and useful tutorials. Those are everything you need for an easy beginning.
